About the Role:
Join My Serenity Mental Wellness as a Mental Health Therapist, where you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in our diverse community. We are seeking compassionate professionals fluent in Mandarin, Farsi, Tagalog, or Vietnamese to provide culturally competent therapy and support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
- Facilitate workshops and community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), OR a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)/ valid non-restricted Associate Registration number
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to cultural competence and diversity in therapy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, Mandarin/Cantonese, Korean, or Tagalog is REQUIRED

Compensation: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
We are seeking an LMFT or preferred LCSW that is interested in a supervisory position with the opportunity to continue to practice your craft by seeing 10 clients a week. Build your own team and supervise and provide group supervision or tradic for to 6 therapists. You would approve notes for your associate level employees. In this role you may be invited to train associate level on different topics. We are a holistic group, our niche is trauma, anxiety, and depression.
