Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed/Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Rates: $36-$41
- Rates depends on experience, bilingual, and any certifications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
- Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- MUST BE Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
We are seeking an LMFT or preferred LCSW that is interested in a supervisory position with the opportunity to continue to practice your craft by seeing 10 clients a week. Build your own team and supervise and provide group supervision or tradic for to 6 therapists. You would approve notes for your associate level employees. In this role you may be invited to train associate level on different topics. We are a holistic group, our niche is trauma, anxiety, and depression.
